Working top in stainless AISI 304, 12/ 10 thickness. Heated by stable-flame steel burners with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. One or two independent cooking zones. The gas supply is controlled by a gas tap with safety valve. Cooking stainless steel grid with large groves for the collection of fat. 3 sides splashguard in AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable grease collection tray. Lava stone grills equipped with a grid lifting device by mechanicals levers to space the grid from the brazier.
